We have continued our investigation of gamma-ray emission from supernova remnants (SNRs) using the cycle 1 through cycle 4 summed EGRET data. We have found 6 cases where high confidence unidentified EGRET sources are spatially correlated with supernova remnants. Four of the six spatially correlated EGRET sources are also correlated with 1720 MHz maser emission (CO) which is an indication of the SNR shock interacting with a molecular cloud. Together, these correlations suggest that the SNR shock may be an acceleration site of Galactic cosmic rays. Results from this analysis, including spectra, will be presented.
