High-energy electrons (E greater than 30 MeV) in the outer belt (L greater than 2) were measured on the Intercosmos-Bulgaria-1300 satellite. The intensity of trapped and quasi-trapped electrons with energies of 30-600 MeV was evaluated as a function of the magnetic-shell number. The formation of the high-energy particles was found to be associated with acceleration and diffusion processes in the magnetosphere.
