Radio observations of the SNR G 39.2 - 0.3 (obtained with the VLA at 1.5 and 5 GHz and with the OSRT at 327 MHz) and of the H II complex NRAO 591 (obtained with the VLA at 327 MHz and 1.5 GHz) are reported. The data are presented in tables, graphs, and contour maps and characterized in detail. It is found that the emission near the SNR shell is highly nonuniform, with a flat spectrum and a tail extending for about 135 deg in a curve to the east of the SNR. The distance to NRAO 591 is estimated as 14 kpc, and a partial shell structure is detected in the compact 'head' region.
