Cadmium mercury telluride (MCT) photodiodes stability has been
investigated. Possible reasons of photodiodes performances degradation
are analyzed. High temporal and thermal stability at storage temperature
up to 70 degree(s)C of ion implanted MCT photovoltaic detectors is
shown.
