The authors present CCD images and spectroscopic observations of the bipolar reflection nebula called the "Boomerang Nebula", whose central star is probably double, and of the nebula associated with PV Cephei, which is shown to be bipolar. In both cases the authors find line emission characteristic of low excited Herbig-Haro objects and indications for collimated high velocity flows along the polar axis of the nebulae.
