The use of mixed analog digital MMICs for space communication systems is
an attractive solution to simplify equipment design. However, radiation
space environment constraints led us to evaluate the heavy ion
sensitivity of this kind of circuit. The purpose of this paper is to
present and discuss the results of this evaluation.
