The exact locations of the universe horizon and the outer and inner
horizons of a black hole are given in the Vaidya-Bonner-de Sitter
space-time. The Hawking radiation of charged Dirac particles near the
outer horizon and the universe horizon are studied. It is determined
that any two of the three horizons cannot coincide.
