The flare observed at 06:27 on June 28 2002 showed several bright sources in hard X-ray and ultraviolet band. One of these regions observed at TRACE 1600Å was located inside the umbra of a sunspot, lying across the light bridge. RHESSI also showed a hard X-ray source at this ribbon. The light curve of TRACE 1600Å showed two peaks which correspond to the two peaks in the light curve of hard X-ray (> 20 keV) while the WL did not. At the first peak, the images of RHESSI low energies (< 10 keV) showed a long loop structure. After the flare, a large loop at the same location connecting the bright ribbons in and outside the umbra appeared in SOHO/EIT images. It indicates that the bright ribbons seen in TRACE 1600Å were connected and may be heated by the nonthermal electrons from same acceleration site. Detailed study from the RHESSI, TRACE and SOHO data is presented. Possible explanations for this HXR and UV ribbon in the umbra are discussed.
