This presentation accompanies our report on the Clustering Analysis of the Broad-line (BL) AGNs at z 0.25 in the ROSAT All-Sky Survey (RASS) through a Cross-Correlation Function (CCF) Analysis with Luminous Red Galaxies (LRGs) in the SDSS by M. Krumpe. In galaxy surveys, it is now common to interpret the spatial correlation function using the Halo Occupation Distribution (HOD) Modeling, where the correlation signal is expressed as the sum of the contributions of pairs from the same DMHs (one-halo term) and those from different DMHs (two-halo term). We have developed a method for HOD modeling of a cross-correlation function and have applied this method to our RASS BL AGN versus LRGs CCF to constrain the HOD of the AGNs using the accurately measured HOD of the LRGs as a reference. Significantly improving over the previous interpretation of the CCF, where one estimates the typical DMH mass based on a single bias parameter assuming the linear biasing scheme, this method enabled us to constrain the relative distribution of AGNs among the DMHs as a function of mass by modeling the overall CCF down to the non-linear regime of 0.1 h-1 Mpc. Parameterizing the AGN HOD as NAGN(MDMH) propto Ma (MDMH>Mmin) =0 (MDMH
