The profiles of 29 fluorine spectral lines from seven transitions, emitted by a wall-stabilized arc, were measured, and the electron impact broadening half-widths of the transitions were calculated using the semiclassical perturbation approach. The plasma conditions were given by T = 14,000K and Ne = 1023m-3. A close agreement between the experimental results and the calculations was found, depending on the calibration of the electron concentration and on the evaluation approach.
