The characteristics of photon-hadron families observed in the Pamir experiment are compared with model predictions. Good agreement is obtained between the experimental data and predictions of the model, characterized by a slight scaling disturbance in the fragmentation region, cross section growth, inelastic recharging, and a relatively large growth of the nucleon inelasticity coefficient.
