Characteristics of hadronic families with one (or more) energetic particles with Eγh>=25 TeV registered in X-ray film emulsion chambers exposed at PAMIR altitude are presented. The Monte-Carlo simulated hadronic component of atmospheric showers is compared with the experimental data. We discuss the possibility that Feynman scaling holds in the fragmentation region.
