Results are presented of monitoring of the 22 GHz H2O maser of the long-period variables U Ori and R Aql. The observations were made with the 22 m Pushchino Radiotelescope in 1983 - 1987. U Ori and R Aql show periodic maser flux variations that are correlated with the visual curve, with a small phase-lag; the H2O maxima are normally delayed by 0.1 to 0.2 cycle with respect to the visual maxima.
