Measurements of the 110-111 and 211-212 lines of H2CO and the 110-111 line of H213CO toward ≡20 galactic center clouds (projected galactocentric radius ≤1 kpc) are presented. With an LVG treatment of the radiative transfer, H2 densities and trapping corrected [12C]/[13C] ratios (20 - 25) are derived, consistent with those determined toward the molecular cloud complexes Sgr B2 and Sgr A. The gas of the galactic center region appears to be chemically homogeneous. A general [12C]/[13C] anomaly in the expanding molecular ring is not confirmed. The [13C16O]/[12C18O] double isotope ratio derived from M -0.13-0.08, 8.6±1.2, agrees with that toward Sgr B2 and suggests [16O]/[18O] ratios ≡200. Implications for the chemical evolution in the galactic center region are discussed.
