Scientific paper

A series of 20 absorption lines of H2 and CO have been identified in the
spectra of PHL 957 obtained by Wingert and by Coleman et al. These lines
are formed in a molecular cloud with z(abs) = 2.181 located along the
line of sight toward the quasar.
