Data on the 21-cm H I line obtained at Arecibo is reported for 35 galaxies in or near the Virgo cluster. For all galaxies but two, contour plots of the spectral profile are shown as a function of position along the major axis, with an average of six profiles per galaxy. Detailed information on each spectral profile is tabulated and improved or new procedures for gain correction, sidelobe removal, and total flux estimations are discussed. For each galaxy, systemic velocity, total line width, and H I extent and content are tabulated. Determinations of the kinematic major axis are reported for five face-on galaxies, and for most galaxies, a complete determination of the spin vector is shown for the first time. Upper limits on the H I content of 29 undetected galaxies are also given.
