The parallel program described here provides a random sample of galaxies in a large number of high latitude fields. Galactic star counts and the structure of the galactic halo will also be studied. The proposed exposures utilize the WFC in parallel mode when another instrument is prime at high galactic latitude. The expectation is that these fields will represent a fair sample of the universe and the Galactic halo. This is a continuation of proposal 1297 into cycle 3. It is identical except cycle 2 => cycle 3.
