When an accretion disk is not naked, but covered with an optically-thick cloud, mutual irradiation between the disk and the cloud layer becomes important. We calculated the temperature distribution and the continuous spectra of the clouds as well as the disk. The temperature distribution of the cloud becomes somewhat flat in the central region, and gradually decreases in the outer part, while that of the disk is greatly enhanced, compared with the initial standard disk. The continuous spectrum emitted from the clouds is also modified, and resembles a blackbody spectrum with a single temperature, compared with the disk blackbody spectrum.
