Origin And Formation Of The Universe, Field Theories In Dimensions Other Than Four
Scientific paper
We study gravitational waves in multidimensional cosmological models.
The process of dimensional reduction leaves an imprint on the spectrum
of the stochastic background of gravitational waves which in principle
should be observable. This opens up a possibility of testing very early
preinflationary stages of the evolution of the Universe.
