UM425 = QSO1120+019 is a Broad Absorption Line {BAL} quasar, thought to be a lens quasar. The brighter component {V=16.2} has been studied spectroscopically with IUE and FOS. The fainter component {UM425B with V=20.8} has not been attempted by any space s pectrometers. STIS observations will be done of both components using the long slit capability. The UM425A spectrum with G230LB will be used to correlate Lyman emission profile structure with features present in the 12,000 km/s O VI BAL trough. The UM 425 A and B spectra will be used to confirm lensing, and differences in the IUE, FOS and STIS UM425A and the STIS 425 B spectra will be used to set limits on the time delay.
