An integral equation describing the behavior of axisymmetric stationary electromagnetic and gravitational fields of sources continuously distributed on the axis of symmetry is obtained. A relationship is found between the multipole expansion at infinity and the distribution density of the sources. The behavior of gravitational fields in the near zone is described for thin elongated bodies.
