We consider two sources of the gravitational field of the Early Universe: a self-interacting scalar field and a chiral field (non-linear sigma model). Both of this sources permit an inflationary stage. New exact solutions in standard inflationary model and theirs relation to approximate ones (slow rolling solutions) are considered. Chiral inflationary model based on non-linear sigma model are considered as well. The method of generation new exact solutions from standard inflation are developed. The differences for cosmological perturbations for standard and chiral inflationary model are investigated. It is shown that internal target space influences for perturbations.
