The ADM-type Hamiltonian formulation of Gowdy three-handle and S(3) (three-sphere) vacuum inhomogeneous cosmological models is presented. The canonical and constraint equations are solved explicitly. It is shown that the asymptotic behavior of the most general solution in the neighborhood of the initial and final inhomogeneous scalar singularities is of the generalized Kasner type.
