To extend our recent study of Globular Clusters (GCs) in the giant elliptical galaxy NGC,5128 (Gómez et al. 2006), we have analysed GMOS images from the Gemini-S 8m telescope. A semi-automated search for GCs has been carried out using ISHAPE (Larsen 2002) to convolve the stellar PSF with King profiles. From this, we could derive structural parameters for a sample of bright GCs in three fields ( 5.5 × 5.5 ').We have combined our results with the Washington photometry of Harris et al. (2004) and therefore could select the GC candidates according to colours, magnitude and size. After the selection criteria, a sample of 200 candidates were obtained. We successfully recover the 47 clusters whose membership has been spectroscopically confirmed by previous work. Our sample populates the transition between typical MW clusters and massive, extended clusters in the parameter space of (MV, rh). This supports the idea that UCD and GCs form a continuum and may have a common origin.
