Using deep archival HST/ACS observations of the spiral galaxy NGC 3370 in f435w, f555w, and f814w, we attempt to obtain accurate measurements of the intrinsic properties of the globular clusters surrounding the galaxy. We study the distributions and relationships between the color, magnitude, and effective radius (Reff ) of the clusters, taking into account the calculated errors for each property. By using a Besançon model, we eliminate potential galactic star contaminants in our selection. We find a correlation between magnitude and effective radius and a peak in the luminosity function between 26 and 27 magnitudes. As well, we find that most of our brighter sources (mags 21-24) were eliminated based on ellipticity and elongation criteria and thus are probably galaxies instead of globular clusters, leaving us with a lack of globulars that fall into that magnitude range.
