We will present recent results from our long-term Gemini/GMOS study of globular clusters in early-type galaxies. To date we have obtained photometry and spectroscopy for globular clusters in M60 NGC 524 and NGC 3379. We will discuss the bimodal cluster colour distributions and the cluster luminosity functions and radial density profiles. We will also present preliminary results for the cluster kinematics in these galaxies both for all clusters and separately for the blue and red sub-populations.
