We introduce invariant generalized structures in Cartan geometry. For the
case of homogeneous spaces, we get the Dirac and generalized complex structures
which are researched in [arXiv:0712.2627v2]. We also study Dirac structures in
another frame, i.e. twisted Courant algebroids associated with some particular
Cartan geometry which were introduced in [arXiv:0709.0919v3],[15].
