The equations of radiative hydrodynamics, with inclusion of relaxation
terms and couplings between the radiative flux, viscous stresses and the
acceleration and angular velocity of the medium, are derived from the
14-moment approximation. The physical mechanism responsible for the bulk
viscosity is discussed.
