Gamma-Ray Pulsars: Radio Radiation, Gamma-Ray Pulsars: Models

Scientific paper

Based on the consideration that generation order parameters of all radio pulsars must be at least equal to unity and a new kind of modified polar-cap model of γ-ray pulsars, the authors give a possible explanation that why the γ-ray pulsar Geminga is not a radio pulsar. They find that the strength of the multipole magnetic field at the surface of neutron stars is of great importance to radio radiation from Geminga-like pulsars.
