We have used the Green Bank Telescope to observe the OH maser excited by PSR B1645-41 over four epochs from July 2006 - September 2007. We have detected no changes in the opacities of the four OH lines. Our GBT "pulsar off" spectra, when compared with Parkes 64m spectra, show that beam dilution can explain why the pulsar OH absorption spectra have narrower line-widths and higher opacities than the "pulsar off" spectra.
We set an upper limit of 3.67 milliseconds as the "turn-on" time for the maser.
