Studies of the 21 cm line of atomic hydrogen have, in the past, revealed the existence of cold and warm neutral phases in the interstellar medium. The warm phase (WNM) has been studied primarily by on-off emission-absorption 21 cm line studies towards strong continuum sources. An alternative way to detect the line is to fit Gaussian profiles to the 21 cm emission line spectra. We report the results of a gaussian-deconvolution study of over 10,000 spectra taken at high Galactic latitude using the Green Bank 100 m telescope. The presence of a Warm Neutral component is evident in the spectra, though at a wide range of temperatures.
