The gauge coupling constants g5 and g3 of the SO(5)×SO(3) isometry group of the squashed seven-sphere are determined as g5 2/g3 2=15/13. The orthogonality relations of the group representation theory are extended to the case of a coset space in a suitable form for evaluating the gauge coupling constants.
