Measurements pertaining to richness class and total cluster luminosity are related by means of a single equation where richness is given as the mean of the counts defined for each individual class. The correlation is not definitive, however, and it is noted that clusters of richness class zero are not given in the table presented by Abell. Other estimates for cluster luminosity are presented, with attention to galaxies in the Coma supercluster. The Turner and Gott catalog is considered to provide the most accurate measurements for the clustering spectrum.
