We present a study of galaxy cluster dynamics for the purpose of determining whether or not there is evidence of galaxy cluster mergers in Abell clusters known to have wide-angle tailed radio sources (WAT's). We acquired redshift data for over 800 galaxies in 9 Abell clusters by searching archives from the Nasa Extragalactic Database, Sloan Digital Sky Survey, and previously published data. By running numerous statistical tests on the velocity data for these nine clusters, we have found evidence of substructure in some of the clusters, including Abell 1446. We also confirmed previous results that have found substructure in Abell 578 and Abell 1569. Examinations of the peculiar velocities of WAT's in these clusters indicates that the peculiar velocities of the WAT's relative to their cluster centroids are not enough to bend the radio jets in these galaxies. Therefore, a cluster-subcluster merger could be responsible for the formation of the WAT's in these clusters.
