I will present recent results from the SINS integral-field survey of star-forming galaxies at z 2. Our on-going program has revealed evidence for a substantial population of large, rotating disks fueled by cold accretion of gas. The resulting high gas fractions of these systems create super-HII regions, which play an important role in the evolution of these massive galaxies at z 2 and into their present-day form. Our observations reveal that key structures in local galaxies, including bulges and globular clusters, are likely assembled during this epoch.
