Black Hole-Galaxies
Scientific paper
Through numerical integration we found a stationary galactic model and compared its rotational and dispersion curves with those of elliptical galaxies and spiral galaxy bulges. We found the dynamical radius and the luminosity radius of galaxies do not agree, the latter is always some 3 times the size of the former, and this is caused by an unsuitable truncation of the distribution function. We conclude that the dynamical model can nevertheless describe correctly the inner parts of the galaxy. We analyzed three black hole candidates with good velocity data, M 104, M 31 and the Milky Way and found that, because of too fast rotations, none can satisfy the condition for the formation of black hole after they reached steady state. Hence, if there is a black hole at their centre, it must have an earlier origin.
