Evidence for a new piece of tidal debris from the Sagittarius dwarf galaxy, 83 kpc from the Sun, is presented. This is the latest piece of halo substructure discovered from its spatial density contrast using statistical photometric parallax in the Sloan Digital Sky Survey database. Our successes have encouraged us to propose a new Galactic survey, the Sloan Extension for Galactic Underpinnings and Evolution (SEGUE).
