The ASM on RXTE showed increased activity from H1743-322, a Galactic black hole transient whose last outburst occurred in 2003. On December 19th, the ASM count rate increased to 14.45 cts/s (200 mCrab), and since then the ASM measurements on December 26th, 29th, 30th 2007 and January 1st 2008 vary between 200 and 400 mCrab (errors were about 30-40 mCrab). There is no other measurement since January 1st but the trend indicates an outburst.
