We conducted 12CO and 13CO observations to study two molecular clouds with anomalous velocities found in the Galactic anticenter region. We also conducted a deep CCD observations in V band to obtain stellar density distribution and to determine the distances toward the clouds using star count method based on the linear programming technique. We found that two molecular clouds are located almost at the same distances of about 1.1 +/- 0.1 kpc, and the peak extinction caused by the clouds are about 2.2 +/- 0.3 mag. Sizes of the clouds are estimated to be about 5 pc, respectively, and total mass is estimated to be about 3.9 x 103 solar masses. No specific internal velocity gradient is found. Though there are several cores detected, no sign of star formation is found. Overall, physical properties of two clouds are almost the same as the dark clouds in the solar neighborhood.
