We propose to observe the bright Crab-like radio supernova remnant G20.0-0.2 with Chandra. This center-filled remnant was only recently detected in X-rays, serendipitously in a very short (few~ks) XMM-Newton observation, well off-axis. The goal is to locate and obtain a spectrum of the putative pulsar and of its pulsar wind nebula. This will add another precious example of a newly born neutron star to the census. Given that the birth properties of neutron stars provide unique and critical information on the process of stellar core collapse and the heavy element nucleosynthesis which accompanies it, each hard fought example represents an important addition.
