The result on λ-rays obtained from the analysis of 5800 orbits of data from the University of Rochester telescope on board the OSO-3 satellite are presented. For γ-rays of energy greater than 100 MeV, an upper limit of 2.3×10-4 cm-2 s-1 std has been placed on the diffuse (assumed isotropic) flux. An upper limit to the flux from the Sun is set at 3.2×10-5 and 2.4×10-5 cm-2 s-1 for energies greater than 50 MeV and 100 MeV, respectively. All flux values are calculated assuming a π0-decay source of γ-rays.
