A new SNR has been discovered at l = 65.1 deg, b = 0.6 deg in observations with the DRAO Synthesis Telescope at 408 and 1420 MHz. Maps of the SNR are presented at the two frequencies. The size of the SNR is 90 arcmin x 51 arcmin. It has the appearance of a shell SNR of approximately oval outline, with bright ridges at the outer edges parallel to the long axis of the object, and a lower, but non-zero, level of emission from the interior. Flux densities are 9.5 + or - 1 Jy and 5.4 + or - 1 Jy at 408 and 1420 MHz, respectively. Spectral index is 0.59 + or - 0.14 between 408 and 2695 MHz. Surface brightness is Sigma(408) = 3.1 x 10 to the -22nd W/sq m/Hz/sr, placing G 65.1 + 0.6 among the lowest surface-brightness SNRs yet detected.
