Radio continuum observations of a new nonthermal large diameter source in the galactic anticenter direction are reported. It consists of a nearly circular shell-like structure with a diameter of about 70 arcmin and radial magnetic field, possibly a supernova remnant. At the center a polarized, nonthermal triple source is seen. It might be extragalactic, but an association with the extended emission cannot be ruled out.
