Improvements to the Andoya rocket range for the Middle Atmosphere Physics (MAP)/Winter in Northern Europe (WINE) project are outlined. Main improvements are to the control center, with better facilities for the telemetry station, experimenters' desks, payload checkout, data handling, and carpentry and machine workshops. A 150 sqm aluminum hall will house the cleaning facility for MAP/WINE payloads. Storage space for all MAP/WINE rocket motors and payloads is available.
