The new INTEGRAL source IGR J17497-2821 (ATel #885) has been clearly detected by IBIS/ISGRI (S/N=33, 20-60 keV) in the INTEGRAL Galactic bulge monitoring program (ATels #438, #874) on 2006, Sep 18, 08:30-12:12 (UT). The source fluxes at 20-60 keV and 60-150 keV are about 45 mCrab and 50 mCrab, respectively, indeed indicating a hard X-ray source. Preliminary spectral analysis shows the source to exhibit a power-law spectrum with a photon index of about 2.0.
