New formulas are presented to transform the CGCG magnitudes to the BI super S system developed by de Vaucouleurs et al. (1976). Formulas are provided for both the case where data from the Second Reference Catalogue are used and where data from the Uppsala General Catalogue are used. The regression formulas depend strongly on the mean surface brightness of the galaxy and less strongly on total brightness. The calculation of the weights of the observations has been improved so that the distribution of the normalized residuals is close to a Gaussian distribution.
