The evolution of the University of Calgary version of the Wilson Devinney program into a diagnostic code to better understand the nature of components of eclipsing binaries has been pursued according to the plan laid out in the three Pacific Rim Conferences (Beijing, 1985; Korea, 1990; & Thailand, 1995), and at the IAU Comm. 42 session on improvements in light curve modeling in 1991. Here we report the improvements achieved since last year. The atmospheric subroutines and limb-darkening coefficients are now available for a range of metallicities from Kurucz models, and cover the spectral range from 230nm to 3.4 microns. The first results from the modeling of both field and cluster binaries will be presented. These involve the systems AI Phe, V728 Her, and H235 in NGC 752. We will also describe the most recent improvements we have developed which involve damped least squares and automatic iteration: WD95.
