The ranges of change of the angle I between the orbits of two bodies are investigated. The conditions for determining whether relative motions are direct or retrograde are obtained and the maximum and minimum of I when three bodies are in collinear positions are presented. It is proved that the ranges of variation of I must attain maximum and minimum values when three bodies are in collinear positions.
