The FU Orionis class stars are a small group of pre-main sequence systems which exhibit multi-wavelength phenomena such as molecular outflows, strong submillimeter emission, masers, large amplitude variability, and doubled absorption line profiles associated with actively accreting circumstellar disks. These objects also show large excesses of infrared emission attributed to dust within circumstellar disks. We present new high spatial resolution mid-IR observations of three members of this group; Z CMa, Par 21, RNO 1B/C and one "pre-FU Ori" object, V380 Ori. We show photometry and mid-IR color temperatures for all sources as well as mid-IR spectra of two objects; V380 Ori and Z CMa. We discuss in detail the characteristics of the RNO 1B/C system. Mid-IR imaging resolves extended emission and multiple mid-IR sources in this system. One mid-IR source coincides with an IRAS far-IR source, maser emission, and a polarimetric source, while another shows elongation suggestive of a circumstellar disk. These results lend strong support to the presence of disks in FU Ori systems.
