Cosmological Models: Gravitational Constant
Scientific paper
With a variable G and a vacuum energy, varying as the radiation content of the Universe, the authors find flat, closed and open FRW models starting either from a non-singular origin with a minimum, non-zero G or from a singularity with a vanishing G. G increases continuously in the radiation dominated era and approaches a constant value as the Universe turns matter dominated and the models then approach the standard model.
